
The team consists of two artists/song writers Dwayne (Littlen) and Kevern(Raks). The two started of as Mc’s on the underground scene and from that experience used their lyrical skills to become mainstream artists. The duo work side by side, to create music that caters to the UK’s high demand for fresh sounds.
‘Who’s Skanking the Hardest’ was the first song to reach the music scene, and was a success, with over 80,000 views on YouTube, the song became known for its catchy hooks and the power to make you want to get up and dance.
The song was played in well known clubs and Black Biscuit were then on demand and invited to perform on many occasions, which soon led to them touring the UK. The song spread like wildfire, which landed Black Biscuit with an interview from the well known Dj Hotsteppa, which was aired on the radio station, Choice FM. The song has also been played on stations like BBC 1Xtra and Kiss FM.
With the positive feedback Black Biscuit were receiving, the duo decided it was time to take the next step, and release their first ever mix tape, ‘Crunch Time’.


The mix tape not only has the hit song ‘Who’s Skanking the Hardest’, but also features their newest funky tune ‘Get Busy’ and their soon to be released single ‘We’re Fly’, which is due to be released 5th September 2010 accompanied by a high-budget video for the television (TBR 14/07/10)
Overall ‘Crunch Time’ has a feel good factor, all of their songs sending out a different message, whether it is to go out and have a good time, or talking about life. Black Biscuit bring natural talent and energy to any club and the public are welcoming them to the music scene with arms wide open.
The duo have been performing up and down the country in the last twelve months making appearances in places such as Birmingham, Manchester and even Wales. And have already performed at Luton and Tottenham carnival this side of the year.
Black Biscuit have built up an ’electric’ name for themselvesbecause of there consistent presence on the stage as well as their charming attire.
Black Biscuit have performed along side some of the best that the industry have to offer including artists such as: Sway, Roots Manuva and opening for Jerermih on his tour to the UK.
But the magic doesn't end onthe stage, the boys have also collaborated in the studio with Dot Rotten and Lauryn who Featured on their latest mixtape. The next mixtape is currently in planning. (release date TBC)
'We're Fly' is set to be released on 26/09/10 for sale. Currently no.2 on the flava TV Charts.
